Rates displayed on the site are indicative and sourced from third-party market data. The binding rate is the one confirmed at the time an order is created. Platform fees are shown before confirmation. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; you are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address and network you provide.

Payments must originate from a bank account in your name. Third-party, cash or unverified payments may be rejected or returned after deduction of costs.

5. Prohibited use

  • Fraud, unauthorised account access or misrepresentation of identity.

You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including tax on virtual digital assets and TDS where applicable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid on the transaction giving rise to it. We are not liable for losses arising from network congestion, incorrect wallet details, bank downtime or events outside our reasonable control.
