Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Bharat Exchange and any USDT purchase made through the platform.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts must be opened in your own name and funded from your own bank account.
2. Account
Buying USDT does not require identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it promptly if it changes. We may suspend or close an account where verification fails, information is inconsistent, or activity appears unlawful.
3. Orders and pricing
Rates displayed on the site are indicative and sourced from third-party market data. The binding rate is the one confirmed at the time an order is created. Platform fees are shown before confirmation. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; you are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address and network you provide.
4. Payments
Payments must originate from a bank account in your name. Third-party, cash or unverified payments may be rejected or returned after deduction of costs.
5. Prohibited use
- Money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
- Fraud, unauthorised account access or misrepresentation of identity.
- Use of the platform on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
- Any activity prohibited under Indian law.
6. Risk disclosure
Crypto assets are unregulated in India and their value may fluctuate. Stablecoins may deviate from their peg. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice and no returns are promised.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including tax on virtual digital assets and TDS where applicable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid on the transaction giving rise to it. We are not liable for losses arising from network congestion, incorrect wallet details, bank downtime or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [city] having jurisdiction.
